It is free to use, and does not require an account or password. Sponsored and hosted by the US Department of Veterans Affairs, it covers literature across all domains of trauma, not just veteran-related research.

DVA Evidence Compass is a website whereby research literature is organised, reviewed, synthesised and disseminated on questions of high importance to DVA. The Evidence Compass contains literature reviews that utilise three main methodologies, including systematic reviews, rapid evidence assessments, and narrative reviews. The choice of methodology depends on the type of question, the degree of certainty about the conclusions reached, the time available to conduct the review and cost.
